CASE STUDY

A new two-person design studio engaged us to help them chase and win commercial and cultural projects.

We developed a full-fledged business development strategy, introduced them to leads and helped the studio proactively cultivate them, researched competitions and project opportunities, brokered strategic partnerships, and designed and wrote pitch documents and responses to RFPs.
